Since November 2021 Forest and Wood Products Research and Development Institute Testing Laboratory   continues its testing services in two locations. Most of the testing are still provided at the previous and legal address at Dobeles street 41, Jelgava, Latvia, including mechanical and physico-chemical testing of materials, furniture and surface finishes and solid biofuel. However, the fastest growing sector in terms of space and competitiveness – the reaction to fire testing – now is located in Pienava, Dzukste parish. The main focus of this sector is the reaction to fire testing and classification of construction products.
