Aim of the research: is to develop a manufacturing technology and equipment prototype that would ensure the systematization and automation of the design and production of free-form bent-glued large-format wooden structures. The development of the prototype envisages connecting the design programs with the production press, creating a modular press solution for gluing beams of various specifications, as well as introducing the automation of large-format timber bending. These technology prototypes will make it possible to optimally use the natural bending properties of wood, reduce material waste and ensure repeatability of parts in large-scale projects. As a result, innovative technology will be created, which will promote production efficiency, expand the creative possibilities of the design space and strengthen the company’s competitiveness by offering sustainable and aesthetically attractive wooden construction solutions on the market.
