About the sector
Physical and mechanicaltesting
The mechanical testing division carries out physical and mechanical testing of timber and timber products in accordance with internationally recognised standards.
The testing laboratory is accredited by the Latvian National Accreditation Bureau (LATAK) in accordance with the requirements of LVS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and has been assigned registration number T-316.
The mechanical testing sector is equipped with state-of-the-art testing equipment with a maximum load capacity of up to 100 kN and a comprehensive range of ancillary equipment, which offers extensive possibilities for testing the physical and mechanical properties of various construction products and materials.
