Thank You to all customers of the testing laboratory for participating and expressing their opinion in the survey about the services provided by SIA “Forest and Wood Products Research and Development Institute” (MeKA) testing laboratory during period from 07.2021. to 07.2023. From sent out 300 we have received back 19% of questionnaires with useful information and recommendations. The submitted responses will be used to improve the services provided and to develop laboratory. We are pleased that 91% of the respondents would recommend or have already recommended the services provided by our testing laboratory to others.

Taking into account the expressed suggestions regarding the additional services provided in the MeKA testing laboratory, we have put forward a couple of priority things that we plan to implement in our everyday life – organizing customer days in the laboratory, creating materials about the services provided to the client in an easier and simpler language, as well as continuing the good practice of ensuring good communication with the customer about the questions or problems he has.
